All prices are per night per apartment. Incl. VAT, excl. local tax of currently € 4.00 per person per day from 15 years, excl. final cleaning.
Check-in: from 16:00
For arrivals after 18:00 please contact us by telephone.
Check-out: until 09:30 am
We charge a deposit of € 100.00 per apartment on arrival. You will receive the deposit back on the day of departure if the room is left in a tidy condition and the garbage has been separated.
Final cleaning costs between € 50.00 and € 110.00, depending on the apartment type. Final cleaning is not included in the apartment price.
For bookings up to 3 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of 5-10 %.
Payment in cash or by EC card on site on the day of arrival or by bank transfer in advance.
Younger guests are very welcome. We are happy to provide you with a crib and high chair on request.
We provide you with hand and bath towels, sauna towels, tea towels and bed linen during your stay. Hand and bath towels are changed once a week free of charge.
The perfect start to the day is guaranteed with our bread roll service. We offer a daily bread roll service for an additional charge.
WLAN free of charge throughout the house.
Our house is a non-smoking house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in front of the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Appartementhaus im Winkel.
Up to 61 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee.
Up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total price.
Up to 29 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the total price.
Up to 6 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the total price.
In the event of a no-show, you will pay the full price.
In all legal matters, General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006 (except cancellation conditions according to §5).
